How long is the trial?The free trial period is 7 days.
Can I see your product prices without registering?No, we do not disclose our wholesale prices to the general public.
Do you support international shipping?Yes, most items are shippable to Canada, UK, Australia, and the United States. We are located in the United States.
Do you charge my card during my trial period?No. In order to help prevent fraud, we do authorize your card upon signup. Please note that this is not a charge. You may temporarily see a "pending" authorization on your card which is used to verify your card is valid, however we do not charge your card. This authorization will disappear, usually within a few days.
If I decide to cancel later, how would I go about it?You can cancel anytime online under My Account->Cancel my account.
