How do I get started?A:
step 1: Create your Drop Ship Access account
step 2: Browse through the product catalog and add products to your website, auctions, and/or store.
step 3: Make the sale and collect payment from your customer.
step 4: Place the order with us and give us your customers shipping info. We get it out directly to your customer. Your profit is the retail price you sold for minus the wholesale cost.
step 5: Repeat process and build a highly successful online business. Let us take care of managing the inventory and shipping!
Q:
I've sold a product. What do I do now?A:
step 1: Make sure to collect payment from your customer.
step 2: Find the product on our website and add it to your cart. If you've listed the product with our eBay listing service, we make it easy for you by keeping track of the items you list, because you can look under your Listed Items. You can also keep track of products that you've listed by using the watchlist feature or by searching based on product number.
step 3: Go to checkout, give us your customer's shipping information and confirm order. If you're using our eBay listing service, we can save you time by getting this information directly from eBay.
Sit back and let us take care of the rest. We track all packages - as soon as we have the tracking numbers available in our system, they get updated and can be found under your order history.

Do I have to buy the item I list if it doesn't sell?A:
No. You only pay for the product after you've sold it and collected payment from your customer. This effectively reduces your risk to zero. You are always free to relist the product or list other products.

take care of it for you. If your customer just doesn't like the item, then
there is typically a 15-20% restocking fee, depending on the item. Please
note that jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned due to the nature

Do packages contain any identifying information about the company they originate from?A:
All packages are blind drop shipped, meaning that no company information is put on or in the package. We do not put our label on or in the package. Your customer will think that the package came directly from you!Q:
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?A:
Each product will have its shipping methods posted in the description. Only if USPS is listed as a shipping method can that product can be shipped to this type of address.Q:
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands?A:
Yes, but the shipping prices quoted on the products page only apply to the continental 48 US states. If you need to ship to one of these other locations you'll need to contact us for an accurate shipping quote.Q:
