No programming required. Just add batteries and walk away. Feeds at daybreak and 1 hour before nightfall. Updates feeding times due to changes in length of day. Motor run time set for 6 seconds. Delayed Test button located on front panel. Requires four 1 ½ Volt D style batteries. Made in USA.
