you are a young officer in the office of strategic operations(oss), a covert intelligence agency (now know as the cia). as the allied army advances toward berlin in a final push to victory, it is revealed that the russians plan to obtain germany's advanced weapon technology including nuclear research geared at building experimental long range rockets capable of attacking targets half way across the world.
